Foreign Language Invoice Templates

Overview

Campfire now supports complete localization of invoice templates, allowing you to replace every system-generated label with the language of your choice. This means invoices sent to non-English-speaking customers can be fully localized — no English leaking through.

This guide covers how to set up and customize a foreign language invoice template in Campfire.

Setting Up a Localized Invoice Template

To create a customizable foreign language invoice:

Navigate to Settings → Entities → Edit → Invoice

Scroll down to the Invoice Label Translations

Note that this template will be the default template that is sent on a go forward basis for the selected entity.
