Foreign Language Invoice Templates

Overview

Campfire now supports complete localization of invoice templates, allowing you to replace every system-generated label with the language of your choice. This means invoices sent to non-English-speaking customers can be fully localized — no English leaking through.

This guide covers how to set up and customize a foreign language invoice template in Campfire.

Setting Up a Localized Invoice Template

To create a customizable foreign language invoice:

Navigate to Settings → Entities → Edit → Invoice

Scroll down to the Invoice Label Translations

Once selecting the language in the invoice label transactions, the following invoice headers will automatically be updated on invoices that are sent out going forward. Refer below for an example when Pu

Note that this template will be the default template that is sent on a go forward basis for the selected entity.
