Managing Attachments

Overview

To improve clarity, control, and auditability, attachments can only be added, removed, or modified while a record is in Edit mode. This behavior applies to all forms across the system (including, but not limited to bills, invoices, and other transaction records).

Attachments can only be added, removed, or updated while a record is in Edit mode. This applies to all forms (Bills, Invoices, Transactions, etc.).

Open the record

  1. Click Actions → Edit

  2. Go to the Attachments tab

  3. Upload, delete, or replace files

  4. Save

Good to know:

  • In view mode, attachments are view/download only

  • If you don’t see upload or delete options, the record isn’t in Edit mode yet
